At Get Movin’ Fundraising, safeguarding customer data is a top priority, and we want to assure you that our security practices are robust and comprehensive. While we cannot go into the details of our full cyber security program, below are a few of the key security measures in place to protect our clients data:

      1. Infrastructure: Our fundraising application, hosted at https://www.getmovinfundhub.com, is
situated in a secure U.S. Datacenter. The facility adheres to industry standards such as SOC2
        Type 2, SOC1 Type 2, HIPAA/HITECH Type 1, and PCI DSS. We maintain enterprise-grade
firewalls with IDS/IPS to protect our servers and application.
      2. Data Encryption: Our fundraising site uses the latest TLS 1.3 encryption for secure
authentication and data protection during transit.
      3. Access Control: Backend web and database servers are accessible only from authorized IP
addresses and require multi-factor authentication for login, ensuring restricted access.
      4. Password Security: All passwords are encrypted within our platform to prevent unauthorized
        access.
      5. Payment Processing: While we facilitate donations through various methods (credit cards,
PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay), rest assured that payment information is never
stored on our systems. Data is encrypted and securely transmitted to our third-party payment
        processor.
      6. Financial Partner Sites: Multi-factor authentication is enabled for all our financial partner sites,
adding an extra layer of protection.
      7. Staff Training: We prioritize continuous education. Our staff receives regular training on
cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring a proactive approach to security,
        data protection, and privacy.

Get Movin’ will NEVER sell your data or student data to anyone for any reason. Most of our clients keep an average of 95-97% of the total amount raised. We are a company built and operated by former PTA/PTO Board members, so we know firsthand that schools need to keep as much profit as possible. We are a proud leader in high-profit percentages for fundraising organizations!

The subject line for donation receipts are “Donation Receipt for School Fundraiser”. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder as well. If you still did not receive a receipt, please contact: supportteam@getmovinfundraising.com and someone will be happy to re-send it.

All student rewards or incentives are selected and distributed by the school or parent group. We do not have any involvement with the selections, qualifications, or distribution process aside from tracking it in our system for them. For specific information you can view Incentives on the student or school webpage. If you need additional help you need to contact the school or school parent group.

The school has 100% control over their donation reward incentives, in way of deciding, supplying and distributing them.

Ask your school or parent group for the event schedule and plan to attend during your child’s participation time. Often times, schools will post their event schedule on the school webpage, which is accessible from the student webpage using the yellow arrows at the top of the screen.

To be certain your donations are tax-deductible, please check with your school or organization. While most schools are categorized as non-profits that is not the case for all of them. The EIN or 501c3 number will be noted on your donation receipt sent to you via email.

For online donations, a receipt is automatically emailed to the donor using the email address they filled out at the time of donation with the subject line “Donation Receipt for School fundraiser”. Cash and check donation receipts can be provided for you by the school or event chairperson. If you cannot find your donation receipt in your email, please contact: supportteam@getmovinfundraising.com and someone will be happy to re-send it.

Student webpages are distributed by the parent or guardian that created the webpage. They can send this to family members and friends through our various share tools that are provided on their Parent Dashboard. These include social media platforms, text messaging and email. Once you have received the link to the students webpage, click the link and you will see a red “Donate Here” button.

You must have a URL link that takes you directly to the child’s fundraising student webpage. You cannot donate to a student by visiting our website. Contact the parent and ask them to email or text you the link or they can create a post on a social media site via the share tools on their Parent Dashboard upon logging in. Once you have obtained the link, click it to go to the fundraising webpage and click the red “Donate Here” button.

FundHub does not accept donations per lap. It is a flat rate donation to the student and their school at that moment in time. If the school has expressed, they are collecting donations per lap, it would be outside of FundHub so please contact your school chairperson for more information.

When you click “Donate Here” you are making a flat-rate donation to the student and their school at that time. Their fundraising goal meter will climb to the top with every donation that is made. There are some cases where schools have a per lap pledge (promise donation based on the child’s activity) for which you would be notified and then asked to come back to make the donation to post-event after the child has participated. In most cases laps are not counted, but check with the parent to be sure.
